writes: The thing is, i have seen a few girls recently that i would like to get to know more, but i dont know how to engage in conversation with a complete strager. Im 17 and the last time i wanted to speak to a girl was this morning on the bus, where i was looking at a girl stood up and i know she caught me looking more than once lol, then alot of people got off the bus, so there was like 5 or 6 seats which became available, some closer to where she was standing and she came and sat next to me, and i sat there like an idiot for about 40mins thinking about talking to her, but i didnt have a clue what to say.Also, this has been doing my head in recently, I have been working at a supermarket (in the cafe) for about 2 months, and about a month ago, a new girl started working on the shop floor, When ever i see her we say hello or smile at each other, also when i see her from the cafe i watch her and when she see's me she watches back. We have never spoken as we work on differenet departments, and we rarely have breaks at the same time, its just i REALLY want to speak to her but i dont have a clue what to say or when to say it.I just want to talk to someone as i am constantly thinking about this girl from work and its doing my head in.Thanks

 well what the first thing you should do is find out her name
then just make light chit chat about what she did on the weekend and then as your conversations progresses so will the friendship (maybe even a relationship but lets not get ahead of are selfs) she may even have a boyfriend so when its quiet at work get some of your friends together and sugest a night out and ask her if she would like to come along and to bring some friends.
