 I will agree with Gina - get a lawyer. He can't just stay and smooch on you. However if his name is on the lease he might actually be entitled to something in the divorce, not sure if it is the same in your situation as it would be if you had a bank load and a mortgage.
Call a lawyer.

I know this may be hard for you, but you're going to have to speak to a competant divorce attorney. Hey may be entitled to stay there OR... you may have legal authority to kick him out. It's best to know how much leverage you have before you decide to take action. Good luck.
