I need to tone up in such a short amount of time...any idea?

Hey everyone =]

I'm going to a party on the 19th of june, and for the first time i am really going to make an effort! I have high heeled shoes and a little jump suit type thing, but the problem is my legs and stomach are really untoned.

I'm 5 foot 8 inches and weigh 9 stone 9 pounds. I'm not overweight, and i'm not unhealthy, but again i'm really untoned. I need a way which i can tone up within this short length of time.

Any advice will be all greatly appreciated. Thanks so much guys, hope you're all okay

Wear panty hose with shapers or spanks under your jumpsuit to smooth your tummy.

There is no way to get toned in two weeks, but you can start by excercising....like walking or eliptical machines, stomach crunches...

As you state, you're not overweight, so you shouldn't have too much trouble. Yes you can see results in 3 weeks, although you shouldn't expect perfection in that short a time period. Try running to burn fat all over and squats and lunges to tone your legs. Crunches can help with your abs; so can an exercise called "the plank." Get down on the ground like you're going to do a push-up, but rest your weight on your elbows, not your hands. You should be supporting your weight on your elbows and and toes and keeping your body as straight as possible. Hold for as long as you can tolerate, probably not more than a minute the first time around. Do it a couple times a day and work up to holding it longer. You'll know you're doing it right if you start feeling an intense burn in your stomach/abs. Good luck!
