 Well the first best tip is when you are having sex try and think of something that is not sexual. It could be anything like thinking about football, your work, your grandmother. Just things that will take your mind of the actual sex itself could make you last longer.
If you feel like you are about to orgasm well then pull out for a couple of minutes and switch to foreplay. Girls like foreplay therefore its a good chance to spend a few minutes pleasuring your girlfriend.
