When you like someone and don't know if they like you back the best thing to do is to tell them exactly how you feel yourself. That way it will make it easier to move on. If he knocks you back at least you will know that he doesn't like you. Living in the same street you probably won't be able to avoid him but show you are strong and keep your head up when you walk past him and smile :)
