reader, anonymous, writes (24 June 2009): I would try regular cover up - just layer it on. Then you want to get some sort of powder foundation to go over the cover-up. The combination of the two should be just enough to reduce the coloration of the hickey so that people won't notice. It won't go away but at least it will reduce the severity. Good luck!

reader, anonymous, writes (23 June 2009): Fist, place a spoon in your freezer.
Second, take tooth paste, yes toothpaste and rub it on the hickey.
Third, take a COLD wet rag and hold it agianst the hickey until the spoon in the freezer is VERY cold.
Then hold the cold spoon against the hicky.
after that all you can do is give it time.
