Question - (7 August 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 8 August 2008)
A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I have been with my boyfriend for 6 years, we have a house together etc. I've never really had much of a life since i met him until recently when i've been out for drinks with one of my friends and quite honestly i love the thought of being single!

I've had doubts as to whether i'm still in love with him for quite a while but put it to the back of my mind when i think of all the hassle it'd cause should we split up (selling the house etc!)

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Well if this is the final straw and you really don't love eachother any more then you are going to have to bite the bullet and sell up. It won't be easy in this market to be honest... Either that or one of you has to buy the other one out and get a lodger in to pay the other half of the mortgage.

But if you are just craving more of a life then that's not exactly hi fault. He hasn't had you tied to the kitchen sink all this time. You could try going out more and getting a life back and seeing if your feelings return. it could be that he has just become part of the wall paper in your life as you see too much of him.

Good Luck!! xx
