 You brought all of this on yourself. You told him you just wanted to be friends so he accepted this and moved on, what else was he meant to do stay around and hope for the best. nope that is not how it works he accepted your answer and he has now moved on and met someone else. Talk to him and tell him how you feel and if he has no feelings left for you then move on and remember next time not to lie.
