I don't think these feeling your having are uncommon and to be honest I wouldn't worry about them - my god your still increadibly young! Just enjoy what you have with your b/f, your relationship will continue to grow all the time you do and before long you will know what your feelings are - Love or not.  you know what it could be you could love him but not be in love with him you know? if so you should break up with him because if you don't it could hurt him even more in the long run you know?
