I have really skinny legs. Is there anything I can do?

I'm a guy and I have really skinny legs.

It's horrible my arms are quite muscley but my legs are so thin.

Even my dad calls me chicken legs and stuff :(

What can i do?

Are there any good exercises that work really well with building legs muscle?

I'm especially thin round the ankles

I'd suggest lots of riding a bicycle and running up and down stairs. Find a high-rise block of flats somewhere and go up to the top and back a few times.

StudentOfLife agony auntThere's plenty of leg exercises. It's kind of hard to explain but I'm quite sure if you search on google that you could find chart and stuff that shows which muscle get worked when doing certain type of exercise.
