 what's the big deal about having a scar. you should be proud of it, it's a sybmol of something that made you stronger, something you survived. i have one on my left leg i got 21 years ago, took 107 stitches to sew it back together. know how i got it...playing on a swing set when i was 5. not a fabulous story i know but, it's my story, just like it's my scar, it makes me unique, because no matter what you do you can't copy, duplicate or recreate it, it's mine. please dont be embarassed by a scar on your arm let it be a symbol, let it be part of who you are.

maybe not for life. scars take time to fade, many years in some cases. it could disappear eventually, although from what ive heard they just tend to dull and perhaps you'll just be left with a slight discolouring and thats all. i guess it kinda depends how deep/bad the initial cut was.
