writes:HiI would just like to confirm something. On Saturday i had sex with my fi. I had eaten abit of spicy food and i took my pill in the night. However due to the spicy food, i had a slight but of diarrhoea (abt half an hour of taking the pill) what are my chances that i can fall pregnant? Also i have been experiencing stomach cramps (like period pain). im not sure if it may be the spicy food that i eat.Thanks for your answers.

 Diarrhoea can affect the pill and make it less effective but if you've been taking them on time and not missed any, I don't think there should be a huge problem but if you're really worried then get it check out. :)
