 wellthere could be different reasons maybe the person you sleep with when you get these pains has a large penise than what you are use to! but i could carry on geussing or i could agree with toria and say yes go see a g.p or the clinic!

 I would suggest you go to see your doctor regarding this, it may just be nothing but I always feel that always worth checking it out even if it's just for peace of mind.
