I feel obese and unattractive. How do I control my weight?

ok here it goes ive been up and down with my weight im a very large built women and only 5'4 in height and my ideal weight is 11 stone..im very muscly too although ive done diets came down to 11 1/2 stone but i went right back to 16 stone and now im back to 13 stone but i cant seem to shift any of the dead weight, im a shepherd so im exercing alot in a day and i try and eat 3 meals a day and no snacks small portions and plenty of fruit and veg.. all the women i see are 10 stone makes me feel very fat and when i look in the mirror thats all i see it brings me down because i felt so beautiful when i was 11 1/2 stone but now im 13 stone i feel like im obese and very unattractive does anyone have any ideas as to how to keep me on track and to stay as oposing to going up and down like a yoyo thanks xx

wish i could look in the mirror and say yeah im looking pretty good but all i see is a fat unpretty woman been scarred when i was younger over my weight and have never accepted how i look i have done well with my weight but cant seem to keep it off thanks anyway xx

Well it sounds like your doing very well - 3 meals a day, lots of fruit and veg and even doing exercise! I'm sure your a very beautiful lady, I have a friend whose quite big and she really is beautiful.

Try not to rush yourself because your doing extremely well! If in 6 months the weight still hasn't gone down then go see your Dr and tell them you've been doing alot of exercise and eating right but you can't seem to shift the excess weight. Sometimes eating too much fruit can put on a bit of weight. At my boyfriend gym a woman was eating alot of fruit [no snacks etc] and she put on weight. But I'm no expert so sorry if I'm wrong.

Please don't compare yourself to other people. When you look in the mirror say to yourself 'I'm doing pretty damn well! Look at me - Loosing all this weight.'
