A female age 30-35, anonymous writes:

hi this boy found out that i fancied him but it was all only a joke between my mates! my mates told him i did and stuff. i do a lil bit though so i suppose it is a lil bit true lol.

but now he told my mates that he fancied me!

i think he told them cos he fancies me and he thought 'it's ok to tell them now cos she fancies me too'

so now i think he's got his hopes up that i will go out with him so he might ask me out!

what shall i do?

ps i do fancy him a bit though but im not sure i would go out with him.

Ivanna22 agony auntwell you gotta make up your mind. Is either you want to go out with him or not. Don't go out with him if you're not sure because then you'll end up hurting his feelings. I say, if you're not sure then don't do it. I think you should get to know him a little bit better. This way, whatever you're feeling for him right now will either grow, or you'll stop liking him. If you get to know him better you'll find out if you wanna date him or not.
