I don't want to complicate our friendship, do I tell him I'm in love with him?

A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi. I'm in love with my best friend, but I don't know how to tell him, or if I even should. I'm certain nothing will come from telling him, since he's told me himself, he's not interested in a relationship. So I'm not sure if it would be a good idea telling him, since it could complicate our friendship and make things awkward. I don't know if I should tell him anyway, or just get a grip and move on. Thank you!
