writes:we have been together for 5 long yrs. we have grown children, he is twice divorced, i have never been married. we are very much in love with each other, yet this issue causes a break-up then back together relationship. i feel he wants to live together and never plans on ever getting married to me ever, he says he will.. yet, i feel it`s just to keep me around. it hurts and i want to know should i walk away?... need to know.. thanks.

reader, anonymous, writes (12 February 2009): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionhi "icelordess" i want to thank you so much,it`s nice to know that someone else can feel my pain,i want to thank you for the helpful response,you pointed out a very important statement "it`s hard to find a good man at my age" so true(ha,ha)i will be 44 next month yet my kids say i look like a kid(love them)!i am also a new grandmother,i just felt very disrespected about the length of time we been together and he never popped the question,it just makes me push away from him at times..we do love each other so much, we do everything together we have a lot in common marriage is just something very important to me..i will try to be greatful for the life i do have, i want for nothing..thanks "icelordess" youre awsome!!!
