I don't know what to do without ruining our amazing friendship.

A female Malta age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hey about 7 months ago I met a guy through my friend who was dating him at the time (they split about 2 months ago now). We clicked instantly - our personalities pefectly complimented one another. Over time he's become one of my best friends, but I've also fallen for him in a big way. I can't stop thinking about him and we go to different schools so I only see him once a week or so, although we talk for hours on the phone.

When I haven't seen him for some time, I miss him so much it's unbelievable. Trouble is, he's a real tease to everyone, and being so close we're always making fun of each other and laughing as we think of comebacks to what the other's said. He has no idea of my feelings for him, and thus he tells me whenever he likes a girl. I just laugh and try to give advice, but inside I feel like my heart is breaking. I've never felt this way before, and I don't know what to do without ruining our amazing friendship. I couldn't bear it if I lost him...Help!
