This is a hard one.
how about talking to her about how you feel and asking her to tell you how she feels.
tell her you won't take it to offense if she just wants to be mates. But i think it is worth a try and see how it goes from there.

Well, dude the first thing you gotta do is gain her trust and forgiveness for the bullying, women don't like bullies at any age.
So get that done, and simpley tell her that you fancy her. All you can really do mate.
