I don't know if I should continue to be friends with one of the girls!!

I have 3 best friends. I am going to call them Hannah, Mikaela and Kelly for the sake of this otherwise everyone would get confused. One of my best friends,Hannah, has started being self centered and all she cares about is her millions of relationships. Mikaela, Kelly and me keep having arguments with her about it and it is really hard to be mad at her. Kelly and I stay strong but Mikaela is not good at being mad with people. Mikaela has started being friends with Hannah and I want to but not if she is really self centered. I have told Hannah what i think about her and she doesnt agree with it. I dont know what to do. Someone please help me.
