 You are young so I would say right now you are infatuated with him. He is in High school and if anyting he would want to take advantage of you. Play it safe be an admierer from affar. Let him come to you or if you discover it's mutual then go for it. good luck!3

hey ! im in sort of the same position as you i dont know if a guy that i like likes me too but rest assured just take it easy try nowing him better spent time with him AS A FRIEND bcuz we all know that you care about him and while trying to know him better maybe you and himll develop more than friends relationship cuz thats really how love starts isnt it hope you find the answer soon enough just try be more patient and nderstanding boys have somethings to say eventually if you listen long enough he might open up
