This is honestly very very normal. You're at the age where you're just experiencing your first sexual encounters and you're enjoying it. Don't worry - I can bet your friends have had similar experiences, even if they don't admit it!!
Like the advice above, it will get better as you get older and become more experienced. I'm not saying rush into things... take ur time and enjoy it.
Of course there is the problem that the more ur thinking about it, the more likely it is to happen. Try to relax a bit and remember it won't happen forever.

I think at your age it is. Your hormones are running wild, you're only just starting to kiss girls and really get close to them. So yes, it's normal you'd react like this. You'll get better as you learn to control it all a bit more, which will take some time.
