Every now and then I see her at clubs having a good time with her friends yet I always seem to be miserable and can never have a good time with my friends when we go into town at night.  this is a crush which is often very hard to get over! and i makes things worse that you built your courage up to ask her out and she said no!but give it time and youll be ok! considering you see her in clubs enjoying her self thats proberly makeing things worse for you so why dont you suggest going some where else with your freinds? that way youll be abel to enjoy your self with out haveing your eyes on her all night and feeling down! but dont give up wen you do meet some one youll be fully cured!

 Firstly when you see her in town you really need to at least look like your having a good time as any girl wouldn't really notice someone that look unhappy and like they really don't want to be there.
Have you tried talking to this girl and telling her how you feel about her?
I would try socialising with your friends near to where she is and try to strike up a conversation with her and see where you go from there.
