writes:My boyfriend and i just broke up last night and i no it has only been a day but seriously hes been on my mind the whole day. my cousin has tried taking me out the whole day having fun! but i just sit there and hes in my mind.i cant get over him, i thought he was the one!! I want to get him back but how??i need your advice....

 I know how it feels too. 4 days ago my bf left me, he said he didn't love me as I do and said that there might be a chance in the future.
My advise may sound strange but it's really relieving: have a long big cry and let your sadness come out. It works, I cried for abt 2 1/2 days but now I'm feelig better, i still miss him and love him, so don't expect miracles, but it helps. Also try to go out with friends: shopping, manicure, etc... Even if you don't feel like, make a sacrifice and go out. Also have a large cup of chocolate ice-cream. That really works!

right trust me i no how that feels well find some freinds that make yhoo happy and ones that wont give up trust me it helps because when i broke up eith mi boyfreind i cried and i felt sorry for the mate who slept over that night but i just couldnt help crying and she did not give up on making me feel better in the end i had to shut her up lol but that is basicly it appart from find someone new it may seem hard but that also helps it sometimes has to happen tho to move on and be happy but im sure that that person doesnt want yhoo to be unhapy he probally wants yho to move on and be happy

Even in a week, it will probably still be upsetting, but its all part of growing up. Take it as experience - everyone gets their heart broken at some point it seems, unfortunately.. Give him time, you never know, he might decide he made a mistake and wants to be with you. If you ever need someone I'm here for you okay, but I assure you, you'll start feeling better soon. You are so young, there will be other men for you and other girls for him, it's just they way it goes. And it's only been a day give it a little bit of time, and you'll start to feel better. Also remember that he isn't going anywhere. If a month from now you two still miss each other than give it another shot, try not to be so depressed about it now and just give it some time. Things have a way of working themselves out.
