We then broke up (me and the colleague) and then i found out he had got himself a girlfriend and i got realy upset and jealous which i should be happy for him but i cant. Toria agony auntWell for starters you fell for someone else and probably hurt him in the process therefore he moved on and met someone.

You need to be sure of your feelings and make sure your not just feeling this way because your single again and he is with someone, if that isn't the case I would probably talk to him and tell him how you are feeling at least it would get it off your mind knowing you've done all you can on your part but be prepared that he may tell you what you don't want to hear but if thats the case at least you'll know you said something and took that chance, then knowing where you stand with him and hopefully move on from it.
