Hi there, it is possible they might not notice and it can feel much worse than it is, because you can feel your cheeks going red and it seems awful. When it feels like everything is getting hot in the face, just focus on something like a flower in your mind and imagine the cold wind blowing your way. Once you have calmed down mentally the blushing will stop.

I remember going through a brief phase of this when I was around your age - it goes away. (Also try saying to yourself he is just my brother - he is like my brother and that will help!)

The Realist agony auntIt really comes down to not getting too worked up when they talk to you but in the end you will most likely always be a blusher. It's not a bad thing and I'm sure guys will find it cute.

I too suffer from blushing. I tend not to focus on it. When you draw less attention to the fact that you're blushing, less people will notice. Try not to get noticeably embarrassed about it. If he does notice, use it as an ice breaker ("Yeah, its a bit warm in here. Want to come outside?").

One more thing, some guys might find the blushing girl checking him out to be kinda cute.

Blushing is a automatic response. you can get rid of this by improving your confidence in social situations. myself and any other hypnotherapist would be able to improve this within 4 hours by reprogramming your subconcious mind. See your local hypnotherapist. Should only cost £25-£40 and success is 80%

Blushing comes from embarrassment. Address what you are embarrassed about and work on your confidence!
