 I would suggest you call him and ask for you guys to talk. Let him know how you feel and what you think is happening. Ask what it is that he really wants out of the relationship and if he is actually serious. Depending on his responses your reactions will come through. Although if it is obvious that your guy is cheating, leave him right away. It might be hard to do but well worth it on the long run. You will find someone else better that will appreciate you and not cheat on you.
be strong, make a wise decisions on wether you should stay with him or leave him and good luck.
