You definitely shouldn't plan it. If you plan a specific time and place/ situation then when the time comes you will feel too nervous and eith won't go through with it, or it will be a bad kiss.
When the moment feels right, just kiss her. She agreed to go out with you, didn't she? So I hardly think she would object; in fact, she's probably been expecting it for a while. Chances are, if it feels like the right moment to you, it also feels like the right moment to her, and she's just hoping you'll kiss her.

 I suggest somewhere dark, girls are always more nervous and feel more embarrassed in the light. Also, just be a man and do it, girls like a guy that take a little control. And a side note: DO NOT under ANY circumstances lick your lips directly before u go in for a kiss. Do it like a solid minute before or so, just so they aren't dry but aren't all slobbery either
Trust me, my first kiss was sooooo nasty cause the dude had dog mouth goin on and then out second kiss was like kissing a shedding snake because his lips were so dry. Or better yet the day u know it's gonna happen just frequently use Chapstick.

Pick a time and place where you can be alone together, without distractions. Maybe invite her over to watch a movie with you, get cosy and tell her how beautiful she is and go in for the kiss. She has probably been waiting for you to make a move so just do it! Try not be nervous and just take it slow. Good luck!
