writes:How can i get to know this guy better. He is a security man who is always stood outside an office which i have to drive past a good number of times every evening, as my job is driving around doing collections. He always watche s me pass by and i always look at him. It is a bit funny! This has gone on for quite a number of weeks now. My friends have suggested that i wave at him but im a bit shy, can anyone offer any advice?

 I'm going to have to agree with bernard. Waving your hand is barely flirting, if at all. Start small with the wave of your hand. My best advice is just try to become friends first.
