How to get my ex girlfriend to like me again and call me back and want to talk to me?

Well I was in a long distance relationship with this girl from Boston and Im from Oregon. I have not heard from her in two weeks from the last time I have talked to her. That was even after she said she wanted to give me a second chance with her. I want her back in I don't know what to do I wan't to be in a relationship with her again but I don't know if she want's me back? And now the other night I found her on a dating web site in Im so mad I fill like not wanting her again but I still have fillings for her in can't stop thanking about her. What should I do she blocked me from calling her in she does not write me back at all in I fill like shit in fill like she is with some one. What can I do to get her to like me again to make her call me up. I have gone to see her twice now and she has not even wanted to see me in oregon yet I fill so lost with out her how can I get her backor can I get her back is it to late?
