writes:There was this guy who really played me, though i don't think it was his true intention, it happened at work, we were friends and then got too close, he expressed being crazy about me, hung out with me etc... but its crap, cuz it has to be, so now a guy told me, with people like that you play them back to get even. What the heck does this mean??? Thanks, any ideas-guys perspective on what this mean to get even???

Anyway how does it have to be crap??? Stop playin games yourself if you think he played you then your playin the game yourself already... just live it cool no need to corrupt your own mind with games its a waist of time.
About the guy who told you to play back, how twisted, LOL, He means that to get a guy who is playing you, you need to play them back. Basically things like: playing hard to get, don't return calls emails etc, REMEMBER this is a waist of time if you like him go for it its that simple!!!! The trick is you have to figure out if this guy is playing or just genuine this takes some time, dates, etc.
Honestly, he seems genuine by your email but i wasn't there so i cant tell, and it seems as though you don't believe him anyway.
Don't play games, just have fun, take it easy and enjoy your life.

Always a sticky situation.
It would feel really good for sure, but many bullies and fight-pickers expect you to retaliate, to make you look really stupid in the process. I speak from heavy experience.
I'd say ignore the bastard, if at all possible.

It hurts I know rather walk over and kick him in his balls I guarantee that will hurt more than you going against your own believes to play a man that played you, don’t let this guy bring you down, he’s not worth it
