How do you convince an ex that you are not controlling anymore? I've realize that I was controlling and I don't know how to fix it =/ I'm definitely more laid back now than before.

Well u have,her holdin on so thts the important part. Take it slow ans show her u r different with ur actions. She will see for herself over time. Jus keep taking the small steps like u have been.

how long were u broken up anyway? because if it wasnt for too long, you arent "fixed" yet my friend and it would only lead to the same things that lead t the first break up.
