KY is crap. Use astroglide or the WET line of products. WET Platinum premium body glide is my favorite. Stays wet, provides just the right amount of friction, and it lasts and doesnt get sticky.

If you use condoms there are some that have continuous lubrication.

A reader, anonymous, writes (25 September 2010):

FatherlyAdvice is absolutely right. Whatever lubricant you use must be water-bases instead of petroleum based. Anything that is petroleum based can and will weaken a condom, as well as being really messy and greasy. Artificial petroleum based lubricants such as petroleum jelly can increase the likelihood of breakage and slipping of Latex condoms due to loss of elasticity caused by petroleum derived lubricants.

Water-based personal lubricants are water soluble and are the most widely available personal lubricant on the market. Lubricants containing glycerin may promote or exacerbate vaginal yeast infections in persons who are susceptible.[1] Subsequent products have added various agents for spreading, water retention, and resistance to contamination. The viscosity of these products can be adjusted by adjusting their water content and concentration of cellulose (or another gel-forming hydrophilic ingredient). They have a tendency to dry out during use, but reapplication of lubricant or application of water is often sufficient to reactivate them.

Because water-based personal lubricants absorb into the skin and evaporate they eventually will dry out leaving the residue derived from the other ingredients in the formulation. Particularly sugar (or glycerin) and other chemicals and preservatives create a sticky residue and associated sensation, often associated with an unpleasant taste and smell. Some of these water based personal lubricants require constant reapplication and leave a residue on the skin, which is, however, easily removed with water. Newer generation water-based lubricants are formulated with natural skin moisturizers such as carrageenan, eliminating the sticky residue post-evaporation.

The big thing you need to know about oil-based lube is that it breaks down latex. Therefore, you can’t use any petroleum-based lube while you’re using condoms, diaphragms, or any latex toys. This means, if you’re using condoms they will not be effective for STD control or birth control if you use an oil-based lube.

Make sure no matter what you are using that it is compatible for exactly what you are using it for, and what you are using it with. Read the label. Assume nothing.

You can google personal lubricants, and find this information as well as a lot more. There are a lot of options available...and a lot of ways to buy it. There are so many online sights that you can find just about anything that you could think of. I hope this helps. :)

DONT USE VASELINE!!!

Stop having sex for a little while, get him to turn you on by going down on you or playing with your clit.

If you dont want to stop get some good water based lubricant. In the UK you can get these at Ann Summers, or in any supermarket.

Fatherly Advice agony auntI have to jump in here to correct some poor information. A personal lubricant is the way to go. Vaseline is a bad choice for that purpose though it has been used historically. The reason not to use Vaseline is that it makes condoms week, then they break. We don't want that kind of surprise.

As far as KY goes they have several different products. Don't use KY Jelly it gets sticky after a while. It is condom safe and cheap. KY has a liquid lubricant, and some premium lubricants. They also have tingling and warming if that sounds good to you. Personally I use Liquid Silk. It may seem pricey but you don't need to use much and it lasts and lasts.

As far as additional stimulation from your partner, that works some times. Part of the problem you are having is likely performance anxiety. You ran dry once so now you are worried about it happening again. The nervousness actually makes it happen again. Really relaxing is the key to this. A good personal lubricant can help you get your confidence back.

Yes, it happens sometimes, that's why people use lubricants.Level of arousal changes during sex, so it affects the"wetness" down there.

Get some water-based lubricant to use for those times. KY has a personal lubricant that's very affordable and probably won't cause any kind of vaginal or urinary irritation.
