 you simply tell her listen mom i love this girl and have been with her a while shes brilliant then explain the good points of her then tell her its a long distance ralationship. if your happy then i think your mom should be happy 4 you 2.

 Given the option, I'm sure most mothers would be comparitively thrilled their kids were in a distant, rarely physical relationship. Just tell her during a quiet, private time, when she doesn't have anything big on her mind.
