A female reader, Tremor Australia +, writes (2 July 2008):

Tremor agony auntThe best way is to tell her dirctly, face to face. This way, you can gauge her response first hand - is she flattered, embarassed, happy?

Doing it this way also means she won't have to hear it through rumour and hearsay, where the facts can get muddled. You don't want her thinking you've got a shrine to her in your closet or something now, do you?

It also shows confidence, and it's a lot more endearing than having your friend go to her and say 'my mate fancies you'.

Good luck!

Try being suttle....Don't just throw the 'I love you's" on the table right away.Just start nice and slow...Like, "Your know, i really like hanging out with you, want to catch a bite?" That way, you are letting know you are interested, without sounding like you want her to bare your children (Just kidding there!) Just come off casual, and not desperate.....Thing will work out Sweet Pea...don't worry!!
