 Too young for sex advice indeed. I suggest not having sex. You are far too young. Calling sex "hitting it" just shows that you have little respect for yourself and the situation that you have found yourself in.
You should take your time when it comes to things of a sexual nature and not rush anything then you will know natrually what to do.

Since you are only 13 -15 I'm not going to give you sex advice since it's probably illegal.
If he's not excited by being with you then it's nothing you are doing wrong, he's just not into it.
Get some respect for yourself and don't give yourself to anyone who isn't madly in love with you. He'd enjoy it if he loved you.
