Just tell her you like or love her and ask if she feels the same it's the only way if u want to be nice but not too obvious become friends and build ur relationship then if u think it's the right time ask her out if ur shy ask one of ur friends or one of hers to tell her u like her try to flirt once in a while make her laugh and just be yourself infront of her don't tell anyone ucant trust with ur secret if it is a secret I hope this helps I have been in the same situation bye ;)

The best thing you can do is be well coool around her. just make things not akward talk to her, or be jokey like you know i think your stunning wanna go out some time. something like that. Make her laugh, girls cant resist people that make then laugh. DO NOT try make it akward or try to impress her by being diffrent with her. be yourself and you will be fine. Good Luck Gorgeous xxx

 Hiya,
You could start by making simple conversation or asking her questions to do with work at school/college.
I know it sounds a little pathetic but at least it gets you talking to her, if you know something she is interested in talk to her about it.
If you know any of her friends talk to them and become good friends with them, then you can find more things to talk to her about. Pay her compliments like once a week - everyday would be a little too much.
I hope this helps, just treat it like your making a new friend, find random stuff to talk about and try to make her laugh.
