How do I lose weight in my thighs?

hey guys...

im not one of them people who are obsessed with their figure and saying *OMG I GOTTA LOSE THIS HALF KILO.. coz im not like that...

im not being vain but im happy with how i look.. thing is im really curvy; therefore fat thighs, u just develope them easily.. all i want to do is lose weight in my thighs (the inner bit) and hence the mass of celulite that came with it :/ does anyone know a strategy that i can handle because i tried the leg exercised but im a girl with no stamina..

PLEASE HELP ME D:

person12345 agony auntI see from your age you're going through puberty. As women we naturally accumulate fat on our stomachs, thighs, hips, and butts. There is really no way not to. The women in fashion magazines who tell us that we can easily lose that weight are either anorexic, exercise constantly (a form of anorexia), or are airbrushed beyond recognition. I know it can be scary to let your body develop, but if you try to stop it you could cause harm. The best things you can do are eat well, and get a healthy amount of exercise per week (don't overdo it).

We all have cellulite, even celebrities have cellulite. And it actually doesn't come from being overweight, it's genetic and cannot be changed. Most guys don't notice/know all real women have it.

I have found for myself, both running and squatting weights have helped. I noticed they didn't seem so fat when I squatted first, but when I ran for sports, they seemed to tone a bit. Try any leg workout.

SweetSmoochy agony auntThere is no easy way to healthily lose weight, especially if you want to keep it off. Avoid pills, crash diets, or really dieting at all. Just continue with exercises and eat healthily and fillingly. Maybe get into some dancing or sports so that you'll have more fun with it.
