 Trust! You either trust what he says is true or you don't. He has said he loves you and he treats you with respect, what more do you want? A ring? I think you are being a little neurotic about this.
How does he know you love him? Hmmmmm?
Seriously it's a gamble you have to take, and if you dwell on it, you will be too paranoid to enjoy your relationship and he'll dump you for being a fruit loop.

The main thing in a relationship is trust. You need to trust your boyfriend, if he spents alot of time with you and tells you he loves you, why do you question this?
I think your boyfriend is a very good lad, and i think he loves you alot.

Maybe you dont want to hear this, but anyway; If people decide to cheat on you, break your heart, be dishonest, whatsoever; you can NOT stop them. All you can do is love and trust them, the rest is up to them.
