reader, anonymous, writes (30 August 2009): there are many things that can attract us. first: visual. first impressions, hygene, neat clothes. it lets us know that you are willing to take care of yourself, and that you are responsible. second: personality. do you smile? laugh? work hard, but not too much? we like that, it shows you are mature. which means you might be ready for a mature, aka, serious relationship. commitment is key. and mostly, in depth personality. this is the true factor which decides compatability. anything from your favorite song to what makes you tick can be a factor... as long as your honest, kind, and loving, they right one will come along. sometimes it just takes a little longer.
