If you don't want to do a bit to eat, cup of coffee, ice cream, etc. You may find once you sit down you don't have a lot to talk about, so just ask questions about her and listen. I am sure you will do great.

 Well waste no time in asking her out! Next time you see her approach her and introduce yourself..continue with a little small talk, how do u like the area, are you originally from around here, I've noticed you smiling at me, do you want to grab a bite at the cafe around the corner.
