Try getting her in the mood. If you have kids send them to ur parents or to a friends for about 2 hours. Has their been recent changes in her sex drive?
Has she been under a lot of stress lately?
Are you waiting for her to initiate or have you approached a couple of times and been rejected?
Aside from the lack of sex what's your relationship been like? Any other problems?
Have you tried just spending romantic time with her, where there's no pressure for sex? I mean just showing her you care. Maybe making dinner. Giving her a full body massage. Washing her hair or anything sweet like that?
Everyone's sex drive goes through stages where it waxes and wanes, she might just be at a dry spell, which should clear up. Maybe spicing things up in the bedroom would renew interest. Women generally like to be courted ya know?
If she suffers from a low drive and has for awhile they have meds to help with that for the ladies now.
Has she started any medications?
