A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (26 August 2008):

Tell him that you are moving out.

When he complains tell him you thought he didn't want to move with you since he was putting no effort into leaving the place that he knew you hated.

If you hate something and he is too lazy to help you fix it then you shouldn't be worried about making him mad, you should be wondering whether what else he will be too lazy to do in the future.

Don't be with someone who doesn't help you be happy.

Good Luck!! xx
