 There are loads of make-up techniques where you can use foundation, blusher or bronzer to make your face look more rounded and healthy. Go and see a beautician or search health and beauty websites for suggestions and tutorials on what to do.

The only other option I can think of is surgery, but try and avoid this if you can =]
