When you say come to your place - do you mean for sex?
If so then you may have to take her on more than one date. Get to know her, commit to her, fall in love and then she might want to have sex with you.
If you just want to use her for sex then find a different girl and be up front that you are not looking for a girlfriend or a relationship.
