How do I get flat abs for my hols in 2 weeks time?

okay i know this isnt a relationship issue but i was in need of some help.

the thing is i really despreatly want to loose a bit of weight and get nice flat abs.

im not over weight needing to loose a lot, and im not stipidly skinny trying to get to size zero. but i have a big problem with dicipline and self control, im stuck in this repeated circle where i eat a tonne of rubbish then feel really quilty about it and then get a tummy to go with it.

im 15 and about 10stone and roughly size 10/12 uk clothing.

if anyone has any tips or ideas they would be muchly appreicetaed.

also i am going away on holiday in 2weeks soo any last min ideas that will work resonably quick ? please help.

Hi there,

First off it is very important not to put too much pressure on yourself like you said you are not over weight. If you find that you are too much junk food then try and cut down. So instead of having two bars of chocolate or two packets of crisps try just having one. It is important that you dont cut out any major food groups and make sure you have breakfast.

In addition light exercise will help you tone up. Make sure before doing any exercise that you stretch. Skiping is a very good form of exercise and it gets your heart rate going. Sit ups are an excellent way to tone up your stomach. Most people complaine of back ache when they do sit ups this is because they are doing them correctly.

I find the best way is to lay on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees facing the ceiling with your feet flat on the floor. Then bring your left knee towards your right elbow. Making sure that you are not moving your elbow but your mid drift. Then you would repeat this with the other knee to the opposite elbow. Repeat this with moderate speed for about 20 to 30 time. Do this four days a week. It is important to give your body rest. Once you have become comfortable with this you can do more sit ups.
