I have noticed that some relatives try to snoop in my personal life, and get into things that are absolutely none of their business. I don't hate them, but I don't want them interfering in my private life. I am an adult and I need some privacy.

DrPsych agony auntYour snoopy relatives are a bit bored if all they have to do with their time is comment on your personal life. However, you are in control here - if you want privacy, lock things away, have telephone conversations out of the way of an audience, don't enter into conversations with them about your personal life that you are happy to do so and say to them repeatedly that you are a private person.

Well if ure an adult - u should tell them how u feel and make them understand that u dont want them to know everyting. Honesty reeli is the key here and of course u need to tell them calmly and maturely - if they do love you then they wil understand etc. Sit them down and tell them how u feel but make sure that they know that this dsent mean u are cutting them of completely but simply putting a slight boundary there. :)

Xx Good Luck xX !! :):)
