I thought she liked me coz she was giving me signs. but to my surprise just before i told her how i realy feal , she said we can only be friends.  well you can't MAKE her yours.. but i'll tell you a couple things. i might be wrong, but being a girl i'll try my best:
1.) some girls like to play along (like showing signs towards you) that she likes you just to see if she could have you.
2.) that explains the "only be friends" part. or maybe guys really have let her down in the past, idk.
3.) NO girl can deny a guy like that if you like her the way you say you do. all girls want to feel wanted & liked by a guy.
basicallly, you should talk to her, make SURE she understands how you wont let her down, she'll have to come around if she truely likes you too.
finally.. when i felt that guys let me down in the past, i didn't want to talk to no guys at all! why flirt with them if you think they'll just do the same thing as before? make sure thats her real reason why & that shes just not playing some game. hope this helps :)
