well, coming from a girls point of you, when your talking to her in person, flirt with her and ONLY HER if you are really interested in her, because if you flirt with other girls then eventually she won't like you anymore because trust me, she wants to be the only girl you flirt with... girls love to get all the attention and we do love it when guys flirt. also, compliment her, girls LOVE COmpliments and it shows her that u like her. if you like her than that means you want to get to know her better, so ask her about what she likes to do and stuff like that, you want to know what her interests are so that you'll have something to talk about...try not to be shy, just be yourself, girls love a guy that is very confident in himself. try not to think too hard about what to say or you'll find yourself not saying anything... just let the conversation flow
