writes:OK. So tonight my best friend and I went to a party at my friends house. We are both pretty but I'm a bit taller and a bit on the heavier side. Not fat just bigger. Throughout the night I'm more outgoing, I talk, i get people laughing, i try to meet everyone, have a conversation with them. She sits on the couch the whole night just talking, doesn't play games or anything. And yet at the end of the night she gets the guy i was going after to ask her out on lunch date. Please tell me how this works? I talked to him and smiled and was friendly and they have a basic conversation and he invites her to lunch. How does this work? Do guys find the quiet silent type more appealing?

reader, anonymous, writes (27 March 2010): You'll actually find alot of boys like the quieter girls. All the boys I've spoke to say they much prefer the shyer/quiter girls than the loud/attention seeking type. I'm not saying you're one of those, but you say you're loud/talk alot etc.
Everybody likes different types of people so it varies. I'm a very shy girl and it seems more boys approch me than the louder girls at parties. Don't know if it's because they wonder why I'm not talking or they see me sitting there cute (god knows) But yeah, I've found alot of boys find shy girls cute and attractive.
It's probably exactly the same but you just need to find a boy who likes you for you.

 It is called sexual attractions.Boys are attracted to her because she has those sexual appeals .
She does not have to do anything but to stay insight of those boys and they will come to her like bee's to honey.
